Unispectral’s camera would be able to provide the chemical fingerprint of the milk to determine if it is genuine or fake, said Ariel Raz, a Unispectral team member. Other applications include remote health monitoring and industrial quality control. Its hyperspectral platform is also suitable for wearable devices, Mr. Raz said."
