No clear-cut winner in Oracle antitrust trial | CNET News.com

No clear-cut winner in Oracle antitrust trial | CNET News.com: "After four weeks of the Oracle antitrust trial, the corporate software industry's complex web of alliances and rivalries has been untangled, but there's still no clear answer to the central question--whether an Oracle-PeopleSoft merger would be anticompetitive."

I think there's a clear-cut winner: Microsoft. Now every IT decision-maker who has read the news in the last 4 weeks knows that Oracle and other competitors are paranoid about Microsoft leading a new wave of price competition in enterprise apps.
