In Search of Stupidity: Over 20 Years of High-Tech Marketing Disasters I got over the section about "pathetic" Notes marketing and read the book. I enjoyed it and think it should be required reading for people working in software product management and marketing, and for anyone interested in PC software market dynamics -- it's a timely historical overview of the PC software business with some useful insights and good humor.
