The amazing shrinking thing that used to be Lotus
The amazing shrinking thing that used to be Lotus: "Former Lotus properties acquired Two East Cambridge buildings acquired by IBM when the company bought Lotus Development Corp. have been sold to an affiliate of Rockwood Capital Real Estate Fund IV, based in Greenwich, Conn., for $84.5 million. Spaulding & Slye Colliers, which reported the sale yesterday, handled the transaction and will handle leasing of One Rogers Street, which is occupied by IBM, and One Charles Park, a mostly vacant adjacent building. They are near the CambridgeSide Galleria and include parking for 656 vehicles. "
