Setting up a smart home today is hellish, and could use a good dose of Apple simplicity.

This is wholly speculative on my part. I may have this completely wrong. A recent report by analyst firm RealStory looked at the chances of a Jive takeover. The report not only looks at the market implications, but takes a look at potential suitors for Jive.
