BlackBerry Service to Continue - New York Times: "A telecommunications analyst, Jeff Kagan, said that by prolonging the dispute, R.I.M. aided its rivals.
'If BlackBerry had settled this a year ago, they could have kept the secret that BlackBerry is no longer the only wireless e-mail option,' Mr. Kagan said. 'Because of the blanket of publicity, the public now sees that there are other choices.'"
