Software Notebook: IBM users invade Microsoft country

Software Notebook: IBM users invade Microsoft country: "Corporate mainframe users with lesser requirements are increasingly in a position to consider moving from mainframes to systems of less-expensive computer servers based on Windows or Unix operating systems, Vecchio said.
