WSJ.com - Cisco Nears Scientific-Atlanta Deal

WSJ.com - Cisco Nears Scientific-Atlanta Deal "Cisco Systems Inc. last night was near a $6.6 billion deal to purchase cable-television technology concern Scientific-Atlanta Inc., people familiar with the matter said, as equipment makers respond to evaporating lines between the Internet, television and telephone industries.
