AT&T's Lumia Salespeople Don't Seem So Hot for the Phone - NYTimes.com

The last time I went to a Verizon store and asked about Windows Phone options, the sales rep tried to talk me into an Android phone or iPhone.  At this point, Verizon only sells one Windows Phone option, the HTC Trophy, for ~four times what a new AT&T Lumia costs via Amazon/AT&T (and that's with a two-year Verizon contract and a $50 on-line order discount).

"Even if some retail employees aren’t aggressively selling the Lumia 900, the phone is at least generating strong sales on Amazon.com. As of Monday afternoon, the Lumia 900 was No. 1 on Amazon’s list of top-selling phones, up from No. 5 on Sunday afternoon."
