The Internet-telephone calling company will introduce several items Thursday designed to make it easier for small business users to manage their communications over the Web. Those items include a new Web site dedicated to small companies at www.skype.biz, new hardware, and improvements to a program that lets companies manage their employees' pre-paid Skype accounts."
