Looks like "the death of email" has been postponed again...
"In a new survey, 61% of U.S. adult workers who use the Internet ranked email as “very important” to doing their jobs, according to Pew Research Center. That topped the Internet, with 54% of the vote, and was well ahead of landline and mobile phones, at 35% and 24%, respectively. (Yes, the workers said landline phones were more important than mobiles.)
Social-media sites like Twitter and Facebook garnered only 4%, according to the September survey."
