Evernote CEO Phil Libin in No Rush for an IPO - WSJ.com

Excerpt from a timely Evernote checkpoint CEO interview
"WSJ: Currently, Evernote isn't a very social product. Will that change?
Mr. Libin: We are moving into less introverted products. The goal of Evernote is to help you accomplish something, and a lot of the time getting something accomplished is solitary work. But other times you want to work on something with a small group of people. All of us here are videogame players, and the videogame term is we have a great single-player game. Now what we need is a great co-op mode.
But it is not about using it with a large group of people, because I think large groups of people don't accomplish anything. And it is not an expression platform. It isn't for sharing photos of your vacation with a bunch of people—not that there is anything wrong with those things, it's just that I think the world is pretty well served by the current tools."
