Ellison on His America's Cup Win - WSJ.com

Somehow I suspect he’ll figure out how to make a profit from the investment

[...] Mr. Ellison spent a reported $400 million on the effort, a figure he calls "a little high."

"Absolutely, it was worth it," he says of the victory, which brings the trophy into U.S. hands for the first time since 1995. "It's been a very exciting journey, this 10-year journey as we've advanced the technology. I've gotten to sail with, today, the best sailing team in the world, and I'm very proud of that. Absolutely, I'd do it again."
