Technology Briefing: "Internet Explorer, Microsoft Corp.'s Web browser, lifted its market share for the first time in 2 1/2 years, grabbing users from the Firefox program, said OneStat.com, which tracks Internet statistics. Internet Explorer's January share of the browser market rose to 85.8 percent from 85.5 percent in November 2005, OneStat said in a news release on its Web site Monday.
